Unfair Dismissal

If you believe you have been unfairly dismissed and that an Employment Tribunal will find in your favour, you could be entitled to compensation or reinstatement.  The amount of compensation depends on the individual case and circumstances.  To obtain reinstatement you must prove a clear cut case of unfair dismissal.  Awards can be reduced if the Tribunal thinks that the employee has partly brought about his/her dismissal by his/her conduct.

Don't delay.  Tribunal applications must be made within three months of termination of employment.
